The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal after 12 hours, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the order and you will not have to pay any fees for the refund.

Return conditions:

To return the goods, ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 15 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
- The reason for returning the goods (e.g., damaged goods)

The following products cannot be returned:

- Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Delivery of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
- Delivery of goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that were unsealed after delivery.
- Delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for returns:

- If an item has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or alteration by the buyer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
- If an item was purchased on our website but was altered or modified in any way after delivery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels caused by postal or courier services. In case of delivery issues, please contact the respective provider directly.
- We are not responsible for incorrect orders caused by the buyer (e.g., if you ordered the wrong size or colour). Please check your order details carefully before finalising the purchase.
