Refund policy

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal after 12 hours, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the order and you will only have to pay for shipping and other charges.

We value our customers and strive to provide them with the best possible experience. If you would like a refund, we offer two options. First, we can offer you a 50% discount on your next purchase, allowing you to enjoy our products at a significantly reduced price. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund of the product price, less shipping and taxes, giving you approximately 50% of the original price of the item. In addition to this 50% refund, you may keep the product. We believe that this second option is the most advantageous, as it provides immediate financial relief and allows you to keep the product. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and beneficial as possible for you.
